Compassionate and client-focused, I provide a truly customized and therapeutic experience.

My work integrates deep tissue and myofascial techniques while incorporating stretching and movement to create a slow, intentional, and thoughtful approach to bodywork. An optimally effective massage should be both comfortable and enjoyable.

Collaboration and communication are key to effective bodywork. During a session I stay attuned to your body so that change isn’t forced and temporary, but rather enticed and lasting. Also, I strive to understand and incorporate into my bodywork new approaches, new techniques, and new modalities so that my sessions are not only relaxing and healthful, but innovative.

About me

I graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2015 and have been working as a massage therapist since. Originally from the Boston area, I moved to Lexington with a goal of transitioning from the corporate world to massage therapy, a career more fitting with my interests and personality. A casual athlete for most of my adult life, I have participated in sprint triathlons, obstacle courses and long distance relay runs. I was an avid CrossFitter for years, which ultimately led me to powerlifting, my sport of choice. My athletic interests and my own experiences of receiving consistent quality bodywork led me to massage therapy as a career. Since earning my professional license, I have dedicated upwards of 200 hours to continuing education classes. These days, if I'm not working or lifting weights, I can be found out on a trail somewhere hiking with my dog.
